Orders placed on this site are paid in full at checkout. Prices are per yard and per material as listed at the time of purchase. Idaho sales tax of 6% applies to materials. Delivery is not taxed. A 3% processing fee covers the cost of taking cards online and appears as its own line so you can see exactly what you are paying.
Bulk material is sold by the yard and loaded by machine, so the amount you receive is close to but not exactly the volume ordered. Rock, bark, soil and compost are natural products. Color, size and texture vary between loads and between seasons, and screen samples and photos will not match a delivered load exactly. Coverage estimates are guidance, not a guarantee.
Delivery fees are based on driving distance from our yard. Someone does not need to be home, but we do need clear, legal access and a spot we can safely dump. If you are not there, place your instructions in the order notes and we will follow them.
Our trucks are heavy. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, sprinklers, sod, or anything else in the drop area when we are asked to drive on or near it. If you have any doubt, ask us to dump at the street.
Same-day delivery closes two hours before the yard closes, and we deliver in the order orders come in. Weather, equipment and road conditions can move a date. If yours moves, we call you.
Pickup orders are loaded during yard hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, closed Sunday. Bring a vehicle or trailer rated for the load you bought. We will not overload a vehicle, and we may load less than ordered if the vehicle cannot legally carry it. You are responsible for tarping and securing your load.
Call (208) 250-2024 to change or cancel. Anything not yet loaded or delivered is fully refundable to the original card. Once material is dumped or loaded it cannot be returned, since bulk product cannot be resold after it leaves the yard. If we delivered the wrong material or the wrong amount, call us the same day and we will make it right.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for installation results, drainage, weed growth through fabric, staining from natural minerals, or work performed by anyone other than our crews.
